General Terms

These terms and conditions apply to the dd baazi platform and all its services. This document serves as a legal agreement between you and dd baazi. By accessing, browsing, or using any service on the platform, you agree to be fully bound by these terms.

Account Registration

2.1 One Account Policy

Each person may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts — whether in their own name or in the name of a family member — all such accounts will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials, password, and OTP completely confidential. Sharing this information with anyone or allowing a third party to use your account is not permitted. If you notice any unauthorised activity on your account, you must notify our support team immediately.

2.3 Identity Verification

dd baazi may request identity verification at any time for security purposes. If the requested documents are not submitted within the specified time, some account services may be temporarily suspended.

Age and Eligibility

All casino and betting services on dd baazi are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. If dd baazi receives evidence that a user is below this age, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions may be cancelled.

4.3 Source of Funds

You confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and are entirely your own. Using third-party funds for transactions or operating an account on behalf of someone else is not permitted.

4.4 Withdrawal Verification

dd baazi may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. dd baazi reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal request if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.

Bonuses and Promotions

dd baazi offers various types of bonuses. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant promotion page.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. Before this bonus can be withdrawn, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit yields a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — and the wagering requirement is ৳1,200 × 10 = ৳12,000.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be used only once per person.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirement must be met first.
• Specific rules apply when using multiple bonuses at the same time.
• dd baazi reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any related winnings will be cancelled.

5.3 VIP Cashback

dd baazi's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier provides a weekly cashback, which is a fixed percentage of that week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings). For example: a Gold tier member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week will receive ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback.

Gaming Rules

All games available on dd baazi — including slots, live casino, baccarat, roulette, and sports betting — are governed by specific rules.

6.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are determined by a fair algorithm or through live dealers. If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, dd baazi reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and refund the original amount.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or betting market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed in the game interface. Bets outside these limits will not be accepted.

6.3 Software and Connectivity Issues

Prohibited Activities

• Deliberately exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.

• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.

Account Suspension and Closure

dd baazi reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• The account remaining inactive for an extended period.
• At the direction of law enforcement authorities.

Users may also request to close their own account. In that case, any valid balance will be withdrawn before the account is closed.
